Refund policy
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. However, due to the nature of our business, we can only accept returns for items that are:
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will require photos of the damage and the original packaging for processing.
- Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items damaged after 14 days of receipt.
- Items that are not in their original packaging.
- Items that were incorrectly ordered (size, color, etc.)
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a damaged item we will refund you once item is returned and you will need to repurchase.
Return Process:
For accepted returns, we will provide you with a return shipping label via email. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process a full refund for the purchase price (minus any return shipping costs) within 5 business days. Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- This policy applies to all purchases made on The Jettsetter website.
